Their are some DLC's that do add a bit more to the normal catholic ruler like for instance the ability to have a retinue is not a needed feature but its handy to have and that comes with Legacy of Rome. If your playing as a Normal Catholic ruler then all of those above DLC's actually add very little to your game that you will miss. Or the ability to play as a nomadic ruler. ![]() The ability to play as a merchant republic Otherwise most DLC's install additional features onto the game you really don't need like.
